10.0A localização é excelente, próxima de várias linhas de transporte público e em área muuto tranquila. O apartamento é excelente.
− Tinha bastante lixo acumulado na calçada. Próximo ao horário de sairmos houve uma interrupção no fornecimento de água do prédio. Nao conseguimos mais usar o banheiro, nem limpar a louça suja.

− Séjour horrible, deux dégât des eaux dans la semaine, nos affaires ont été inondées, des cafards dans l’appartement, du bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin, et la construction, qui n’est pas du tout, aux normes, à chaque fois que l’on marchait sur le parquet, c’est tout l’immeuble qui tremble, aucune isolation, phonique. Même la propriétaire du dessus, se plaint de cette construction, qui ne comporte que de la location à la nuit
