Рядом есть мясная фермерская лавка, в квартире есть все кухонные принадлежности, мы сварили вкусный суп из курицы. Чистая квартира, все есть, хорошая постель.

− В квартиру ведет Крутая лестница в 17 ступенек, мы прилагали усилия, чтобы подняться по ней. Мы жили 3 суток, нам дали всего 2 таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Когда попросила еще 4-5 шт, отказали, а рядом в магазине не было вообще таблеток, пришлось ехать далеко в маркет и покупать целую пачку ради 4-5 шт. Не пишут на букинге, но по факту нас несколько раз попросили самим выносить мусор из квартиры. Я путешествую по всему миру, но нигде еще не требовали самим выносить мусор и искать по городу мусорные баки.

Eine wundervolle ruhige Wohnung, gute Lage, hochwertige, bequeme Betten. Die Wohnung hat sogar 2 Badezimmer und ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Magdalena in der Wohnung empfangen worden. Sie hatte sehr viele tolle und nützliche Tipps für uns . War auch jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch zu erwähnen ,es ist zwar alles innerhalb von max. 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber direkt vor der Haustüre hält der Bus C4. Damit ist man in kürzester Zeit am Hauptbahnhof und von dort kann man in jede Linie umsteigen. Apotheke und Metzger gegenüber und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 200m entfernt. Wir waren 9 Nächte in der Wohnung und können es also recht objektiv beurteilen. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

− Es ist nur eine kleiner Hinweis --die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock . Es sind ca. 12 recht steile Stufe zur Wohnung. Nicht schlimm ,aber ich wollte es erwähnen.

A comfortable and well-located apartment with excellent communication

We were very pleased with the option of early check-in. The check-in process went smoothly, and we appreciated having two sets of keys available. The apartment was lovely and clean, with two bathrooms, which was very convenient. It is located on the first floor; however, the steeper staircase might be a challenge for older guests. Communication with both the owner and her representative was excellent. There is a bus stop close to the apartment, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only minor downside was the absence of a TV in the bedroom. We truly enjoyed returning to the apartment after our trips around Florence and would be happy to stay again.

Séjour excellent, propreté et accueil des hotes au top!

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent! Nous avons apprécie l’accueil de nos hôtes, très bonne communication avant l’arrivée et durant le séjour. L’appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé, comfortable. Niveau propreté au top, des l’entrée on est accueilli avec une belle odeur de pot pourri, que j’ai beaucoup aimé. Je recommande chaleureusement!
