Owner and booking. Com both are cheater. I did not stay in this hotel only booking in advance payment. But when check in

− Upon arrival, we found the apartment in unacceptable condition — dirty, poorly maintained. The bedding was old and torn, the sofa cover was filthy and damaged, and the cutlery and kitchenware were dirty and incomplete. The property does not offer food or drinks, and given the condition of the kitchen items, it was impossible to prepare meals. When we reported these problems to the hosts, they claimed that the apartment looked “exactly like in the pictures” and asked for an additional payment if we wanted a different room. Only after our insistence were we moved to another apartment, which was simple but noticeably cleaner. However, the overall condition of the accommodation is far below acceptable standards. The property urgently needs renovation and investment in new bedding, furniture, and basic equipment. We also believe that the price should reflect the actual quality of the accommodation, not just its location. Guests deserve transparency and fairness.

1.0− Das Zimmer war extrem dreckig, als ich mit der Eigentümerin sprach war diese nur respektlos und arrogant. Bei der nähesten Hauptstrasse stehen Prostituierte.

− Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The place was very dirty when we arrived — from the toilet to the kitchenette, everything needed cleaning. Even the smell inside was unpleasant. We had to clean the apartment ourselves before being able to use it. I’m attaching pictures to show how the place looked when we arrived.
It was short but comfortable.
