9.0Accueil sympathique par Cristina. Parking dans la cour de l’immeuble. Avec portail sécurisé. Commerces à proximité. Appartement très agréable, au 3 éme étage avec ascenseur. Prestations de qualité. Au pied de l’immeuble, arrêt du tramway pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Florence. (1,7€).
− Un tout petit bémol sur les lits jumeaux d’une des 2 chambres. Lits bas et matelas moyennement confortables, parfaits pour des enfants, un peu moins pour des adultes.

10.0L’appartement est parfait et sa localisation au top avec le métro devant la porte et les commerces juste à côté.
− Un petit manque d’équipement au niveau de la cuisine.

− Parqueo separado del edificio y la ENERGIA SE CORTO varias veces... No podías prender Horno y Cocina al mismo tiempo...
