− Es un 4to sin escaleras, pero se avisa en la descripción, la reserva y el check-In, no creo que le pille a nadie por sorpresa.

8.0Very convenient location close to Santa Maria Novella train station. The facilities were new, clean and classy. It is an automated check in but the hosts were very responsive via messages and gave clear check in instructions.
− I had seen the notes about the stairs and lack of elevator and booked knowing this thinking that I am young and fit - I’ll tell you it is a fitness challenge getting up there with bags!!

3.0사진과같이 방이 깔끔합니다.
− 우선 사이트에 있는 주소와 위치가 다릅니다.. 5층 엘리베이터 없어도 설마했는데.. 캐리어 들고가기 장난아닙니다.. 한번 들어오면 나갈 엄두 안남.. 수압이 너무약해서 씻기 힘들고, 8시반 넘으면 숙소 관리지와 연락이 안됩니다. 방청소 해달래도 안해주고 타월 등도 교체 없습니다.
