La ubicació

− L’entrada de l’edifici, sembla que entres a un edifici abandonat. L’apartament està equipat amb els minims, la rentadora plena de roba, els armaris amb roba tirada i maletes. No es veu massa net.

− L'ingresso molto trascurato e sporco, la scala buia e sporca, lenzuola non stirate, biancheria sporca nella lavatrice

L’emplacement est idéale est hors centre ville plus proche des locaux. Supermarché à 2 min à pied très pratique. De plus la Clim était très appréciable surtout avec ces températures. L’appartement est bien équipé et assez grand pour un voyage.

− L'esterno della casa è un orrore, l'ingresso è un orrore, tutti i muri con buchi e i pavimenti della scala mai spazzati, dentro la casa era sporco a terra, dentro il frigo, dentro il bagno, dentro la camera da letto, il forno da fuori si vedeva tutto lo sporco, non immagino cosa ci fosse dentro. Il bollitore non era mai stato disincrostato. La doccia non rimaneva attaccata al muro perché era distrutta, e addirittura siamo arrivati tardi, non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché lo scaldabagno era spento.

The location was great - not right in the city center but close. About 15 minute walk from most attractions, or a short vaporetto ride away. Close to good restaurants and markets. The view of the canal from the apartment is nice. The apartment has a lot of potential but in need of some tlc.

− The washing machine had the host’s laundry inside, which would have stayed wet for 3 days if I hadn’t removed it. I ended up hanging it all over the apartment to dry. The folded towels on the bed and the bedding were damp and smelled musty, like they’d been left in the washer too long. Drawers and cupboards were full of bedding and towels, some still wet and smelly. There were no dish towels or bath mats, not even in the washing machine.  The apartment was clean, but many areas were overlooked. There was dust and mildew behind the chest of drawers. I was asked not to leave rubbish inside, but there were no bins nearby. In South Africa, guests are not expected to take their rubbish with them. The wooden chairs were wobbly and broken, and the toilet brush holder was broken and leaking on the floor. Overall, the place needs a lot of attention The owner should check what the cleaner is actually doing.

Localisation et vue sur le petit canal et le pont via Garibaldi. Propreté et fraicheur des pièces. Calme.

− Le modèle de la boite à code pour les clefs n'est pas pratique à manipuler et pourrait être changé. Un coup de balais ou d'aspirateur dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble et l'escalier serait le bienvenu.
