Anxiety, stress, harassment on last 2 days because of the owner’s harassing behavior and false allegations. I felt unsaf
4.0The property’s location is good. It’s close to the port and the Coop grocery store.
− The lock of the access door to the apartment building is a problem and you can get stuck outside with no help from the owners. Soon after checking in, I faced this problem as was stuck for an hour. I called up the manager Anna for help and showed her on video the problem I was facing and she refused to help me. Being stuck outside, with all the three days of money paid in advance and nowhere to go and no help from the owners was a very stressful experience right after checking in. Instead of helping me, she said she would charge me if I caused any damage to the lock. She told me to ring the other apartment bells to get help and I did that. The neighbours were helpful. They said this was a regular problem with all guests in this property. Two days later Anna gave totally false and ridiculous allegations that I had troubled the neighbours and tried to damage the door, which was a big lie. On my last night I was so harassed and fearful of my safety as I was alone, that I had to find another apartment to sleep. Despite paying for 3 night I stayed there only 2 nights and as I found the place insecure.

10.0The location is ideal, close to the ferry wharf and other alleyways which have nice, local restaurants. It was a peaceful part of town. The facilities were ideal for a short stay.
