9.0מיקום - הדירה נמצאת מחוץ ל-ZTL וסמוך לתחנת רכבת למרכז העיר מאוד נוח להגיע לדירה ברכב ולקחת ממנה רכבת למרכז העיר, הדירה נמצאת במתחם חדיש וכוללת חניה. בסמוך לדירה יש קניון עם סופר גדול. הדירה עצמה - דירה מרווחת עם 3 חדרי שינה וסהכ 5 מיטות. הדירה חדישה ונקייה. הריהוט מעט מינימליסטי. האמבטיה שצמודה לחדר הורים מאוד מרווחת האמבטיית ילדים מעט קטנה. קבלת הדירה - מרגע ההזמנה התקשורת מול בעלת הדירה הוא בוואטסאפ. שולחים לה צילומי דרכונים והיא מעבירה סרטון איך לקבל את המפתחות לדירה. את המיסים מעבירים בפייפאל או בהעברה בנקאית.
− אמבטיית ילדים מעט קטנה, את המפתחות צריכים לקחת מתיבה על פי סרטון הדרכה שהמארחת שולחת.
