5.0Excellent Location and nice size of the place, the host is very responsive.
− Poorly maintained. A hook in the bathroom was loose and fell off. Mold on the bottom of the shower. To light gas burners one needs matches. Frying pan was rusty and was replaced upon our request. No coffee maker, no toaster, no washing machine, no dishwasher. These amenities were available in all the other apartments we rented during our stay in Italy. The place needs investment of funds to bring it up to par and to be worth the price.
