− Schlechte Lage. Drogensüchtige direkt vor der Tür. Laut und dreckig. Gefährliche Gegend. Mäuse in der Wohnung haben über Nacht Schuhe angefressen! Schlafzimmer Fenster ist direkt bei den Mülltonnen. Zeites Bed ist direkt im Wohn- und Essbereich. Schlafzimmertür hat defekte Türgriffe. Ventilator in dem extrem kleinen Bad ohne Fenster funktioniert nicht. Die ganze Wohnung stinkt nach Toilettenduftkugeln und Zigarettenrauch kommt aus dem Ventilatorschaft von oben. Heißwasser ist sehr begrenzt, da nur ein kleiner Heißwasserheizer angeschlossen ist. Die Wohnung ist direkt neben der Haustür, die beim Zuschlagen so laut und heftig ist, dass die Wände wackeln. Die Sichtschutzfolien lösen sich von den Fenstern, was die Privatsphäre einschränkt, da im Erdgeschoß. Vermieterin hat mich des Betrugs beschuldigt wegen der Mäuse, obwohl ich Bilder geschickt habe - einfach nur unverschämt. Ausstattung ist sehr billig. Extrem schlechte Preis Leistung. Bleibt blos weg.

8.0Location was great and the apartment was really big! Great that there were 2 beds :) was also great that there was a travel cot and a high chair. It had everything we needed. Nur was really helpful and very responsive

10.0The flat was as described. Nice large lounge and it was good to have the choice where to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. Nur was good at communicating and was friendly.
− The door to the whole complex of flats was quite tricky to open, but we got the hang of it by the end.
Good visit.
7.0Big living room. Nice vinyl library and player (quality terrible but idea is great). Caffe machine and caffe cups available
− Toilet is almost impossible to use. Big person will never enter there :)
