1.0− The beds were broken, we asked for them to be fixed and they were cardboard up with no stability, lights broken, no heating for first night and coffee was off - like reallllly off

− Could have done with hand towels as only 1 towel per person.

− Kylpyhuoneesta tuli vain kylmää vettä ja neljästä päivästä kolmena netti ei toiminut luvatun wifin kautta ollenkaan. Poti mennä ulos jotta pääsi nettiin. Keittiövälineitä oli niukalti. Ikkunat oli suoraan kadulle joten verhoja ei voinut pitää auki lainkaan.

7.0− We needed to collect the keys from the local shop that's not so close to the apartment, which can be a problem if you are traveling in the morning outside business hours.
