9.0Kind host, nice apartment and decent location. The price is very reasonable, and shopping options for food etc. nearby are excellent. The mall and local restaurants were lovely, and made our stay more comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great and we were very glad to have a key to carry with us for convenience. The only improvement I could recommend would be an A/C unit in the living room for those sleeping in there. Would definitely recommend!

5.0− The apartment was literally on the street level, and we could not open most of the windows because people walking by could see directly into the bathroom and bedroom. Only the main room had blinds, which provided some privacy and allowed us to open the window. The main issue was cleanliness. The top of the bed was dirty, and there were no proper bed sheets. There was also pet hair on the sofa bed. Because of this in hot weather all five of us ended up having to sleep together on one double bed and one single bed. Ant it was expensive for the quality.

You get what you pay
7.0It was very clean space, the host was very friendly and left us a lot of treats and coffee, water and biscuits! Overall, if you are not very picky, it's a great stay for couple of days.
− Small apartment, and the beds were not very comfortable. The location was hard to reach and hard to find a parking spot, also it is far away from the city center, but we did not mind that. There were no mosquito nets or insect repellant which in the summer may be unpleasant.. The shower was also very narrow and the smell of sewerage was very strong. I don't know if it's the water in Florence, but it was a bit unpleasant. Overall still a great stay.
