10.0Apartamentul ultracentral avea in el tot ce am avut nevoie.
− Desi a fost un plus faptul ca am putut beneficia de parcare, am ajuns foarte greu la ea deoarece unele stradute erau inchise pt reparatii si gps-ul nostru ne trimitea la o ocolire de 5 km. Aceste cercuri le-am facut de mai multe ori, pana cand am fost vazuti de o alta familie disperata si ajutati de persoana venita in ajutor de la hotelul lor.

Soggiorno in famiglia
8.0Abbiamo soggiornato al Novella White per due notti: eravamo in quattro, due adulti e due bambini, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero eccellente, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e comodissima per visitare il centro storico di Firenze a piedi. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il check-in è stato semplice e il personale è stato disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo inoltre trovato molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare presso il garage convenzionato con la struttura, una soluzione pratica per chi arriva in auto. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Consigliamo sicuramente il Novella White a chi desidera visitare Firenze soggiornando in una posizione centrale e ben collegata. Ci torneremmo volentieri!
− L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che il nostro appartamento si trovava al secondo piano senza ascensore. Tuttavia, avendo soggiornato solo due notti e con pochi bagagli, per noi non è stato un problema.
