10.0Мы останавливались здесь на 4 дня, и у нас остались только самые приятные впечатления. Расположение великолепное: все главные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности, поэтому можно спокойно гулять по городу, не пользуясь транспортом. Во время нашего пребывания на улице стояла сильная жара — около +37 °C, но в квартире были два кондиционера, поэтому внутри всегда было прохладно и очень комфортно. Кровать удобная и есть всё необходимое для проживания. Особенно порадовало наличие полноценной ванны — после долгих прогулок по городу это было настоящим удовольствием. Особую благодарность хотим выразить Ольге, которая встречала нас при заселении. Она очень доброжелательная, внимательная и заботливая. Всегда была на связи, быстро отвечала на все вопросы и помогала советами. Благодаря её гостеприимству мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями с первой минуты. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендуем эти апартаменты всем, кто планирует поездку во Флоренцию.

8.0Erg leuk typisch Italiaans appartement op een een super locatie in het oude centrum van Florence.
− De gedateerde badkamer, je moest douchen in bad en er was geen mengkraan. Echter past dit wel qua stijl in het appartement omdat het in een keurig netjes gebouw is gevestigd.
Good location but apartment was poor
6.0Spacious and great location.
− Floors were quite dirty. Place was rundown. The oven could not be used as the glass door was broken, a bit disappointing and given I saw another review dated 2023 and 2025 saying that the door was broken shows that they haven't bothered to fix it yet... Host gave us the wrong email address when we tried to pay city tax via PayPal, and got upset with us. It was VERY noisy and very difficult to sleep, the large coordior outside the room echos, every time someone comes in the building it sounds like they're slamming the door. It is also quite rowdy outside at night time.
