The toplocation and comfort are an upgrade to your visit to Firenze. So is the lift.
8.0Marcella received us two hours earlier with much enthousiasm. The appartment was in the heart of the old centre of Florence so we could walk to all our sights. Everything was spic and span.
− When we booked the appartment the text suggested that there were two bathrooms. A second toilet would have been nice, but there was only one bathroom and toilet we had to share. This was disappointing.

10.0The location was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Marcella was delightful. She met us at our transportation and ushered us to the apartment…how gracious!
Fabulous apartment in the heart of Florence
10.0Fabulous apartment that couldn't be any closer to the Piazza della Signoria. We could walk to all of the major attractions, and the restaurants in the Piazza served delicious food at reasonable prices. Our hostess met us at the door in spite of our train being over an hour late, and gave us a tour of the apartment. It is located on the third floor, with access via stairs or the elevator. The building has a heavy-duty auto-locking door. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained; the A/C worked, as did the washing machine and other appliances. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, and there's even a freezer with ice cube trays, so we were able to make proper iced tea! Rooms were spacious, the beds were COMFORTABLE, and it was so handy to have a storage table in the bathroom for our personal items. There's a bonus room on the second floor which is perfect for a teen hideaway or a "third-wheel" traveler. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely look in to staying here again on our next trip.

10.0The location was perfect. The rooms are larger than pictured with high ceilings, and large windows. There was a laundry washing machine in the bathroom that we used daily. A/C worked great. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. Last but not least the property does have an elevator only up one flight of stairs.
− The only thing we would have liked was a few more bath towels, since we stayed for 5 nights. I am sure if we had asked for more the owner would have provided them.
