Creepy - did not sleep as the interactions with the owner had made me feel so uncomfortable

− Owner was rude and agressive. Signage did not match the name of the booking, when I enquired if there were other guests staying in what turned out to be a B&B the owner became nasty and mocking
Clean, comfortable, quiet, and very welcoming, a great location for a visit to Rome.
10.0From the start, Roberto’s welcome was so friendly and he was very helpful. The location of Matisse is a lovely neighbourhood with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a short walking distance to many iconic sites like Santa Maria Maggiore, Trevi fountain, Colosseum, and slightly longer walking distance to Pantheon, P. Navona etc. it is only 10 min walk to termini train station which was ideal for our day trips outside of Rome.

− Non mi sembra da 9 tutto qua, come segnalato da Booking. Pulita , camere asettiche, bagno sufficiente.
It was a pleasant stay all together.
10.0The property was clean. There was coffee, water and snacks at the front desk all the time. It was a 10 minute walk to the Basilica of Mary Major. It was a 15 minute walk from/to Termini station. There was plenty of hot water. And, the manager/owner Roberto was kind. Public transport (bus) was a 5 minutes walk.
− The location was a bit far from the places we wanted to go to. At least 20 - 40 minute walk. No amenities ( tv, microwave ).

− Rusty toilet, shower door need repair, no iron / refrigerator/ coffee maker in the room. Instant coffee in common area. No usb ports.
