− Lo que es imposible de manejar. La segunda noche en el.depto contiguo el sr estaba borracho y nos tocaba constantemente la puerta para molestar, cantaba muy fuerte y hacia mucho ruido. Hasta que le dijimos que llamaríamos a la policía.
A great location and apartment was everything we needed

− Main bed needs a mattress topper. Too hard to sleep on
Spacious apartment in great location to be able to walk and explore the centre of Florence.
9.0Great location to be able to walk everywhere in Florence! Spacious for up to 6 guests with a really big living area and kitchen.
− The check in procedure was a bit unclear, some links worked and some didn’t. We weren’t told how to get into the apartment until the day before and there were no check out instructions. When I messaged the host contact about checkout there was no reply, so we left at the right time and put the key back where we had found it. We never saw a host in person during our 3 night stay.
We had the best experience and would definately choose to stay here again.
10.0Location was fabulous and the unit was so comfortable modern and spacious.
− It was newly renovated, well kept and very clean. Loved the convenience to everything and it was a bonus to have a wonderful restaurant and bar located just downstairs, open in afternoon and evenings.
