8.0Super gelegen! Sauber, neu und modern.
− Im modernen und sauberen Badezimmer hat es sehr viel Platz aber absolut kein durchdachtes Konzept. KEIN Haken, kein Platz für die Handseife, keine Ablage für Duschmittel in der Duschkabiene und allgemein praktisch keine brauchbaren Ablageflächen. Eventuell ist das aber noch geplant, da die Unterkunft sehr neu erscheint.

− The level of lighting was too low in the room. The shutters could not be closed firmly so too much of the street lighting got in during sleeping hours. A well-lit full-length mirror in the bedroom would be a good addition.

9.0Great location as right in the centre but also not noisy at night.
− Lack of parking and the cost to park a car but this is the price you pay with most hotels located so centrally in Florence. I suggest you don’t have a car when staying in Florence and hire one when you want to leave as public transport from airport to the city is good.

9.0Our room 332 was amazing. it overlooked Piaza Senorita (I think) right near the leather market. So central to everything. Because the room overlooked the town square it was a little noisey in the mornings when everyone started to move around but well worth the sacrifice for the view. Staff were really friendly and went out thier way to help us out with stuff.
− The only thing negative that I would have to say is that the reception is located on the first floor and there is no elevator to the reception and you have to carry your suitcases up 29 steps, but once at reception there is a lift for the rest of the way, This being said, it is no fault of the hotel.
