Pictures are all same as real room, especially room cleaning everyday is really nice, keeping clean.

Exceptional and memorable
10.01. Location, 5 min walk with luggage from SMN station 2. Walkable to everywhere 3. Bus stops and tram stops are extremely close by 4. The kitchen is well equipped; a 4 burner stove, utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle everything available 5. Thermostats worked well 6. They have laundry service available on request, room cleaning everyday 7. Bathroom was super comfy and clean 8. Honestly, it became a luxurious family stay in Florence 9. Lastly, for early check in, they offered us a resting space and free refreshments with croissants, cakes, coffee which proved extremely helpful after a long journey with a kid and luggages 10. The staffs were extremely helpful and courteous
− Honestly there was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.. Our room was on the 1st floor with stairs only but we found it manageable
