− Purtroppo appena sono arrivata ho trovato il lavandino rotto che sprofondava, tenuto da un bicchiere ed un dentifricio, non riuscivamo a lavarci le mani. Prese rotte ( abbiamo caricato i telefoni sotto il letto), il letto sprofondava. Ho chiamato la proprietaria e mi aveva assicurato che avrebbe risolto immediatamente ed invece nulla. Sono stata contattata al termine del mio soggiorno, la proprietaria chiedeva scusa dell’accaduto con la promessa di rimborsarmi parte del soggiorno….. mai visti soldi restituirti.
