⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. My reservation was fully paid and confirmed well in advance, yet the property canceled it on the very day of check-in, leaving me stranded at the airport with my wife and young son. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for guests. A confirmed, prepaid reservation should mean something. Instead, this property left my family to search for last-minute accommodation at much higher prices, causing unnecessary stress, financial loss, and ruining the start of our vacation. If you cannot honor confirmed bookings, you should not be accepting reservations in the first place. I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this property, especially if you are traveling with your family or have a tight travel schedule. You simply cannot rely on them. Extremely disappointing. إقامتنا كانت ممتازة جدًا للعائلة، خصوصًا مع الأطفال. المكان هادئ وآمن ومريح، وهذا أهم شي بالنسبة لنا. الموقع مميز وقريب جدًا من شارع أكسفورد، وكل المحلات والمطاعم والخدمات حوله. الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة والمساحة مناسبة للعائلة، والتعامل كان راقي وسريع. تجربة جميلة وننصح فيه للعوائل وبنكررها إن شاء الله . We had an excellent family stay, especially with children. The place was very safe, quiet, and comfortable, which was extremely important for us as a family. The location is outstanding, very close to Oxford Street, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a family. The team was professional and responsive. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for families with children

В близост има доста ресторанти, магазини и кафенета. Домакините бяха отзивчиви и реагираха бързо при настаняването. Кухнята беше добре обзаведена и дава възможност за съхранение и приготвяне на храни и напитки.
