The location of the accommodation is excellent, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant. The terrace itself and the view from it are worth every penny — truly a special experience. The apartment is functional, very clean, and comfortable for two people. The metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, and there is also a grocery store and cafés in the building, which makes the stay even more convenient. Park Güell is about a 20-minute walk away, while Sagrada Família is around 15 minutes away. The agency, as well as the agent who welcomed us on the first night, were extremely kind, professional, and available for any questions or assistance. Highly recommended!

Grand balcon agréable, lumineux, cuisine bien fournie en accessoires, sdb compacte mais tout y est, transports et commerces à coté, silencieux! Un nid idéal pour 2 personnes!

− le coffre sécurisé Pongo était un peu loin de l'appartement. Quand on a des bagages rajouter une étape supplémentaire devient contraignant. L'autre option pour une remise des clef était payante. Au niveau du logement petite remarque sur le fait que les rideaux étaient sales...sinon impeccable!

Departamento ideal para dos personas , pequeño pero muy bonito, limpio y muy bien equipado. con una hermosa terraza con vistas a la Sagrada Familia y el mar detras. La ubicación es excelente y a solo 200 metros del metro, lo que hace muy fácil recorrer la ciudad.

− La comunicación previa al Check-in por mensajes, debido a que teníamos inconvenientes para pagar la tasa turística, fue poco clara y con algo de demora en las respuestas, lo que nos generó bastante incertidumbre, ya que no podíamos completar el proceso. Sin embargo, al comunicarnos telefónicamente José nos ofreció una solución a nuestro problema, lo cual nos brindó tranquilidad, y nos atendió muy amablemente a nuestra llegada, haciendo de nuestro Check-in una experiencia positiva, por lo que le estamos sumamente agradecidos.

Perfect place to stay! The apartment was clean, very well organized and equipped with everything you need. The terrace literally leaves you breathless and we couldn't wait to enjoy in it after a long day. The location is fantastic, very well connected to all transport so you only need a few minutes to get to any station. It takes 7, 8 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia through a very nice neighborhood full of cafes and shops. All recommendation, we will definitely come back. 😊

La terraza

− La gestión del arrendatario. Por empezar hay un costo oculto en la entrega de llaves. Una estafa. Luego yo había avisado que quería poder taparme por la noche cuando reservé (tras leerlo en otro comentario), no solo no atendieron el pedido básico sino que tras volver a reclamar se negaron a traerme una manta. Lo básico de cualquier alojamiento. La primer noche dormí vestido. Luego tuve que salir a comprar una manta yo mismo. Son impresentables.
