Wir waren zu zweit (beide 22 Jahre alt) das erste Mal in Berlin und waren für ein paar Nächte hier.. Super Lage! Ich sag besser geht es nicht, wenn man zentral sein möchte. Wir wurden direkt freundlich empfangen mit einer kleinen Einweisung wo man am besten hin soll und was machen kann, wo der nächste Supermarkt ist und und und. Der Besitzer war richtig ehrlich freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben auf Wunsch etwas später auschecken dürfen und konnten unser Gepäck noch dort lagern bis unser Zug gefahren ist. Hätten wir noch nen Wunsch, würde er uns bestimmt auch erfüllt worden sein. Im Zimmer hatten wir Blick auf dem Fernsehturm, was auch ganz cool ist. Echt wichtig ist auch, dass man sich da sehr sicher fühlt, ob im Gebäude oder auch in der Umgebung. Zur Küche: man hat alles was man braucht, 3 moderne Herdplatten, nen Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, und viel Auswahl an Gewürzen. Einzelne Lebensmittel kauft der Besitzer auch ein damit man eine kleine Grundausstattung hat. Im Großen und Ganzen wirklich top, falls ihr schicki micki braucht, dann ist das vielleicht ein bisschen zuwenig aber wir beide fanden, es hatte nen starkes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit super bequemen Bett!! Wenn wir nochmal nach Berlin kommen, werden wir wieder dort übernachten:)

Está muy bien ubicado, muy cómodo para moverse por el centro y bastante limpio. Ideal para una pareja. Damir el anfitrión es un encanto, te da recomendaciones de sitios para ir y se adapta a tus horarios.

Amazing location! View from window directly beneath TV tower and other great architecture. Close to many transport links and not too far in terms of walking distance from most of the big central tourist locations. Many nearby shops and restaurants.

Basic appartment. Good fit on low budget

Perfectly located near Alexander Platz and Hackesher markt, the latter having nice restaurants and atmosphere.

Apartment's location is very suitable especially for tourists, its very close to all the connections and you can also just walk to main attractions. The view from the window is wonderfull, you are looking directly a TV tower. apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Also the host was very kind, polite and very helpful!
