− Les frigos ne marchaient pas, l été avec la chaleur pas tres cool !

7.0Le lieux, les 2 salles de bain, la chambre. Les renseignements sur les bon restaurants de Florence ainsi que les réductions de prix. D'ailleurs très bon je vous le conseille.
− Le fait qu'il y ai un cuisine commune. Je n'ai pas fait attention sur l'annonce. Il manquait un drap mais j en ai pas parler car on s'est débrouillé avec un plaid que mes enfants avais La propreté tache sur les draps et un petit trou.

5.0This could be a great rental with some upgrades. It was nice having a shared kitchen to make some food after a long day of sightseeing.
− When we arrived, the bedsheets had a stain. When we had a shower, the shower leaked all over the floor through the glass seal. Finally, when we came back from a long day, my youngest wanted to watch a show and the T.v was broken. The shared kitchen was nice but it was lacking basic necessities (it has 3 forks, 4 spoons and no large knife to cut anything).

− Aucun personnel sur place. Des instructions pas claires. Mauvaise communication. Dysfonctionnement de la climatisation (réparée ensuite). Mauvaise insonorisation des pièces.
