10.0The apartment was comfortable, but no one mentioned that one of the bedrooms was a loft upstairs. The location was walkable to the Duomo & Academia.
− The floors of the apartment weren't exceptionally clean. The bathroom was fine.

10.0Great location. Apartment was on the ground floor with windows facing a quiet courtyard. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and attractions or take the tram 50m away. Clean apartment stocked with most of the things you need to get settled in. Even had some drinks in the fridge and coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast.
