I really liked the location, this place is situated slightly outside the most dense touristic areas, which makes it a good place for a quieter walk around at night or a dinner, but still close enough to walk to the most busy and lively areas of Venice. It was also well isolated from outside noise, very quiet to rest and sleep. The house, despite being old, was quite cozy and charming, and had basic amenities for cooking and washing your clothes.

− We were lucky to stay here with only one more family, but I imagine if the other 4 rooms were to be booked, it would be very hard to share the single shared bathroom. Your experience my vary depending with whom you share the house. Every time we entered the house, we had to open 3 security padlocks with numbered codes to get the key to our room, which was a bit cumbersome, but still a unique experience, felt like an escape room. The house was relatively clean, but not the cleanest I've seen.

La mia esperienza presso questa struttura è stata semplicemente fantastica. Fin dal primo istante mi sono sentito accolto con grande gentilezza: ogni membro dello staff si è dimostrato premuroso e disponibile, facendomi sentire davvero a casa. Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, luminosi, silenziosi e impeccabilmente puliti – un’oasi di tranquillità in cui rilassarsi è naturale. Purtroppo un imprevisto lavorativo mi ha costretto a rientrare in ufficio prima del previsto, quindi non ho potuto godere appieno di tutti i servizi offerti. Tuttavia, proprio per la qualità che ho percepito in così poco tempo, mi sono ripromesso di tornare appena ne avrò l’occasione per vivere l’esperienza completa. Un vero punto di forza è anche la posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione, che rende gli spostamenti semplicissimi. Le indicazioni ricevute sono state chiare e puntuali, e l’interazione con la Segreteria/Reception è stata impeccabile: cordiali, professionali e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un luogo confortevole, elegante e ben collegato. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

La ubicación

− La experiencia en este alojamiento no fue buena. La sensación de inseguridad fue constante, ya que parecía que cualquiera podía entrar. De hecho, alguien intentó abrir nuestra puerta en plena noche, lo cual fue muy inquietante. Llegué a plantearme buscar otro alojamiento aunque eso implicase perder el dinero, porque realmente no nos sentíamos cómodos ni seguros. Además, el ruido era excesivo, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de otras habitaciones y de los demás huéspedes, lo que hacía muy difícil descansar. Pero eso es más cosa de los huéspedes maleducados que se piensan que están únicamente ellos lo cual hizo que no pudiésemos dormir bien ninguna noche. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, y que dejé olvidado un anillo muy importante para mí y tuvieron el detalle de devolvérmelo, pero sinceramente no lo recomendaría ni volvería a alojarme allí por el simple hecho de que compartir casa con desconocidos no está hecho para mí.

I had a lovely stay in a cozy and chill room just a short walk from the city center. The place had all the necessary utilities, making it super convenient and comfortable. A great value for money—perfect for anyone looking to explore Venice without breaking the bank!
