Comfortable and bright. Good oven and hob. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Good location near to bus routes and Maryland station.

− A bit echo-y due to there being no curtains (there were privacy blinds). No instructions for eg the oven or tv.

− Fans during heat. Requested subsequently and was provided.

Good pleasant stay with some minor adjustments could easily improve the experience.

Location was ideal only few minutes walk to Maryland tube Elizabeth line. Plenty of local shops restaurants in walking distance. Walking distance to Westfield and 30min walk to arena so very accessible. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable fans provided which was nice. Bathroom upstairs functional but radiator was rusty. Kitchen spacious. Downstairs shower room/toilet Lounge comfortable and again spacious including dining table and chairs for 6-8 people. Off street parking for 1 vehicle was good. Quiet area

− No information in the property about WiFi connection, where to find keys for patio and back door so could not get into the garden. Garden are was not maintained and untidy so if travelling with children it would not be safe for them. Seating outside was very old from what we could see from the window not sure if you could use them. Window in downstairs shower/toilet did not open. Window in middle bedroom did not close (lock) so potential security risk. Was ok for us but if there was more than 4 people staying in the property then more cutlery would be needed. Lack of ‘luxury toiletries’ as advertised half empty shower gel was all that we found. Hand soap in toilets was provided and washing up liquid in kitchen. Coffee machine but no coffee and no indication in booking what brand it was so couldn’t bring it with us. No toilet rolls in bathroom so went out and bought some to then find them in a kitchen cupboard. Carpets could do with clean.

Nice clean looking at first glance, but not maintained to a high standard once you peel back the layers. Ok for a night

Great location, off street parking and good communication.

− Smell of damp in main hallway when you enter the property.

Good location but we had to deal with hygeine problems at the property

− The stairs carpet was filthy. The landlord has not washed it in a very long time. There was also a significant amount of mould by the rear door. While the landlord was eager to deal with it, these were obvious problems, which we should not have encountered.
