Clean, good quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen, an actual table w/chairs in the room, storage for stuff.

− Incredibly uncomfortable narrow staircase (we were assigned floor 5 and couldn't pick the floor). Weird facility placement - toilet on the way to the shower, not enough space for legs. Pretty cold (the aforementioned staircase is basically outside the building without any windows) - we had to use the AC heating all the time in March, leading to the air feeling stuffy. Overall, it might be an OK place for a very short stay for a couple or a longer stay for one person, but 7 days there didn't leave the best of impressions.

세탁기!! 출장 또는 여행 중 세탁을 편하게 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. (세제 별도 돈키호테에서 구매) 침대도 편안하고 모든 것이 갖춰져서 기본 생활하는데에는 전혀 불편함이 없었어요 주위에 하마스시라는 회전초밥집과 텐야 라는 텐동집도 있고, 마트도 있어서 편해요. 가격만 맞다면 다음 출장시에도 계속 방문하고 싶습니다.

− 아주 살짝 역과의 거리 (약간의 언덕) - 그러나 무리없음. 엘레베이터가 없음. 단기간 숙박의 경우, 수건의 교체나 청소가 없음에 대한 안내 없음. (그러나 세탁기가 있어서 문제 없었습니다.)

お風呂とトイレが別だった。

− マンションの階段がとても狭く大きなスーツケースを持って階段を上がるのは凄く大変でした。部屋、ベッド、クッション、お風呂…とにかく髪の毛が凄かった。

L ‘ host era molto gentile , ha risposto sempre in poco tempo alle nostre richieste . Posizione comoda in una zona tranquilla

− Sebbene l’ appartamento sia nuovo è piccolo. In particolare il letto è troppo piccolo: è per una persona nonostante avessimo prenotato per due persone . È disponibile un materassino da mettere per terra me è troppo sottile . Il bagno è ben attrezzato e molto tecnologico ma ci sono poche istruzioni in inglese e abbiamo impiegato un po’ di tempo per capire come usare l’acqua calda . Abbiamo azionato noi il riscaldamento che era spento al nostro arrivo nonostante questo la camera non si è scaldata abbastanza e la cucina nell ingresso rimane molto fredda

− 1) vlak voor aankomst werd een document gestuurd om in te vullen, en daarna pas werd de toegangsinformatie toegestuurd (dat zou minimaal 1 dag van tevoren moeten zijn) 2) slechts 1 verwarming in de woon/slaapkamer en die slechts voor de helft van de ruimte verwarmt. 3) keuken was ijskoud; wc en badkamer koud 4) gebruik van douche/bad moet je ontdekken via trial and error - gegeven toelichting is onvoldoende 5) smal en steil trappenhuis dus met een grote koffer kom je niet boven 6) dit is een 1-persoons appartement, alhoewel het als tweepersoonsappartement wordt aangeboden
