− Душ на втором этаже был неисправен. Не было чашек. Но это мелочи, в целом апартаменты очень хорошие.

10.0Massimo nos atendió muy amablemente y nos facilitó toda la información que le pedimos. Los dos apartamentos anexos que alquilamos, el "Grande" y el "Piccolo", estaban muy limpios y la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario. Apartamentos puestos con buen gusto en un edificio antiguo con encanto. Recomendable

10.0The apartment was excellent and very spacious. Nina and Massimo were lovely to deal with and very helpful. It was perfect for our small group of friends to enjoy a week sightseeing in Florence. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to another group of friends planning a trip.

The owner and his assistant are always available, all questions are answered immediately and all necessary information provided in advance.
