Excellent location if you have a car, just outside the restricted zone, across river from city centre. 20 mins from cathedral. Large room Very comfortable bed, not too soft Secure parking available (not included) and cheaper than street. Good power shower. Coffee machine in shared kitchen. Fridge in room but no milk. Garden cafe nearby

− Room 3 is right next to electric car park gate and it bangs shut....generally in use after 6.30 am. Dog in flat above running around on hard floor A bit of a walk to grocery store. Toilet seat loose.

Everything about this beautiful hotel was just perfect but if I had to comment on something it wouyld have to be the kindness of the owners. They were just wonderful! made our experience just PERFECT. I absolutely and totally recommend this hotel.

Great stay in an amazing neighborhood

I was a solo traveler and stayed 3 nights. I coordinated check-in with the owners and it all worked out perfectly. Access was easy with one key card for the front door, the door to Santarosa, and then my individual room. I intentionally chose a room that said it faced the interior courtyard and rarely heard any noise. The room and bathroom were modern and well designed. There’s a small common area where you can get filtered water with the bottle they provide. They also had wine bottle openers to borrow. They provided cups, a kettle, and a mini fridge in the room. Also, this neighborhood is amazing. It is away from the crowds of tourists and I ate out primarily in this neighborhood. I had so many positive experiences with locals being patient with my basic attempts at wanting to speak Italian … they were friendly, eager to recommend the best dishes … I have yet to find this type of neighborhood in Rome or Venice. Great experiences and I can’t wait to go back.

The room is clean, comfortable and quiet! Hosts were welcoming and pleasent. Parking available on site/200m from it for 20 euros

− It's a little bit of a walk from downtown, but it's outside the ZTL and in a quiet area, so it's really a minor complaint. Other than that we recommend staying there

Host was very nice. He provided a recommendation list that was very useful to not overpay for subpar quality. We enjoyed the location and proximity to things to see/eat. Parking was also available in a gated area.

− The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud throughout the night. The room unfortunately had a lot of noises from above and outside. Other than that - great stay!
