8.0De kamer voelde aan als een gezellige zolderkamer. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt, maar deze mogelijkheden waren er wel in de gemeenschappelijke keuken. Zag er netjes uit en eten was netjes verpakt. Er lag een stekker klaar, zeer attent van de eigenaar! Prima communicatie en goede aanbevelingen. Bedden werden dagelijks netjes opgemaakt en handdoeken ververst.
− Kamer 1 was erg gehorig, vooral wanneer er mensen in de keuken aanwezig zijn en praten. Je zit bij de lift, dus ook dit is gehorig.
Good location, fantastic apartment
9.0Feels more like AirBnb and not hotel. Overall, we enjoyed staying there, everything worked as described. There is basic "help yourself" breakfast in the shared kitchen with cereals, jams, biscuits, milk and fruit juice.
− It's pretty far from the historical centre, we walked once and it took ~40 minutes (nothing unexpected, just be prepared). There are good public transport options nearby.

10.0Federico el antifiron era un tipo excelente, se ha preocupado en resolver todas las dificultades que hemos tenido, no tardaba en responder a cualquier duda que nos surgía. También se ha preocupado que el apartamento se limpiará durante nuestra estancia, encontré hasta mi ropa que dejé tendida colocada en la cama.Habia cosas para desayunar en la cocina comunitaria.La verdad es que ponía empeño en hacernos sentir cuidados..La ubicación era excelente, estaba a 5 min de la parada del tranvía.

10.0Lovely and clean room. Had everything you need. The location is great, just a short tram or busride away from the center. The host informed us through WhatsApp with everything we needed to know. The bed feels hard when you sit on it, but feels just fine when sleeping on it after an exciting day in Firenze.
