For the price, way more negative surprises than positive.
4.0− We booked a double bed room but received twin beds. More than half of the sockets in the room were not working, including the fundamental ones near the bed. We had to charge laptops on the floor in the corner of the room. When asked, the staff promised on two different days that they would go and fix the problem. They never did, notwithstanding having a whole week of time since we stayed for 7 days.
