− Lärm, alter Kaugummi im Wohnzimmer, verschimmeltes Eis im Gefrierfach, nicht ausreichendes Geschirr für 3 Personen.

location is great (100%) and kitchen utensils are of very good quality. property was clean, well laid out, comfortable to be in and everything worked well except for negatives below.

− Wait time to collect keys was a bit long (25 minutes) even though owner rep was on property. Property is a downstairs apt with wooden roof so continual and disturbing noises from apt upstairs when trying to sleep at night. On one night there was a party upstairs which continued until late morning. Entry foyer from the street is un-appealing so the first impression of the entire property makes you wonder if living apartments are really there.

Perfect location to enjoy the centro storico… and a wonderful apartment to enjoy home cooked meals.

The layout was wonderful! With bedrooms on opposite ends you really felt the apartment was big!

− Nothing! It was perfect for us! The upstairs loft bedroom might be challenging for some because of the low ceiling, but it was fine for us!
