9.0Stunning views from the small terrace as you are literally on the roof top. Very large apartment with plenty of space full of character.

8.0Good location. Fabulous view from the (very) little balcony...made it all worth it...would never tire of looking out over Florence. The apartment is pretty spacious, and well equipped. Bit of a smell due to the open fire place.but not major. Shower is quite small and water temp fluctuates, but manageable.
− Knew we were on the top floor, but as there was a lift we didn't expect the extra 22 steps after the lift to the apartment floor (not great if you have heavy luggage).
