9.0The fact that the bedrooms were air conditioned was a blessing in the heat wave when we were there. The location south if the river was also very good

9.0It was a quiet location, convenient bus routes and walking to good food and grocery stores. Good supply of coffee and tea and cooking supplies. Also the bedrooms each had air conditioning which was very much appreciated.
− The mattresses were the only real issue. One room had very uncomfortable beds. We were able to move one of the more comfortable mattresses into that room though which helped.
