9.0Trotz Anreise am Feiertag war alles sauber und vorhanden! Tolle Aufteilung der Wohnung sowie ruhige Lage mit wundervollen Ausblick.
− Die erwähnten Mängel der Vormieter führten nicht zum Unwohlsein und beeinträchtigen auch nicht den Aufenthalt. Das TV ließ hier und da nicht alle Programme zu, aber das war uns nicht wichtig.

7.0Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls top. Die Wohnung ist für eine dreiköpfige Familie sehr ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Fahrstuhl ist ebenfalls top.
− Das kaputte Fenster, der kaputte Geschirrspüler (Verkleidung), der defekte Lichtschalter, die defekte Spüle (hält kein Wasser), Ausstattung der Küche, Essensreste des Vorgängers im Kühlschrank, sowie die unterschiedliche Bettwäsche. Viele der kleinen Mängel können sicherlich schnell behoben werden.
