10.0La sistemazione non è grandissima ma è molto ben arredata, accogliente e dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. E al pian terreno ma in una calle senza passaggio e quindi molto silenziosa.

8.0Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato, moderno, doccia molto grande, dotato dei servizi essenziali, comodo per fermate vaporetti vicine e ben fornito di locali nei dintorni. Host super disponibile e velocissimo nel rispondere!
− Ovviamente essendo un piano terra non è molto luminoso, ma questo è da mettere in conto in particolare a Venezia. Uniche piccole cose da migliorare secondo me il materasso un po’ duro e gli appoggi per le cose in bagno (in particolare dentro la doccia)

8.0La posizione era tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal Rio della Misericordia che ho scoperto essere pieno di ristoranti e locali. La camera era molto ampia, l'arredamento recente, il bagno grande e la possibilità di poter cucinare è sicuramente un vantaggio. C'era anche una lavatrice.
− L'unica cosa è forse il fatto che l'appartamento era al pianterreno anche se trovandosi in un ramo senza uscita il passaggio era minimo. Le finestre della cucina e del bagno davano su una vetreria ma comunque non è stato un problema; ovviamente prima delle 8.30-9 e dopo le 17.30-18 non è orario di lavoro e quando la vetreria lavora in genere non si è in casa.
