− Lavandino del bagno otturato e che perdeva acqua. Il primo giorno c erano 11 gradi e non funzionavano i termosifoni. Animaletto trovati sulle lenzuola. Pentolame sporco. Mai piu.

− Die Türen können leider nicht gut abgeschlossen werden. Und als Frau fühlte ich mich nicht besonders wohl weil ich die Türen nicht vernünftig abschließen konnte und es waren die typischen Keller Krabbeltiere in den Zimmer. Deswegen leider die Bewertung ich hoffe das es das nächste Mal schöner wird

Die Unterkunft sollte separate Betten für Freunde haben und das hatte sie auch. Sie sollte nah zum Tempelhofer Feld sein, das war auch so. Platz war genug. Die Betten waren sauber und frisch bezogen und bequem.

− Das ist eine zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung, alles sehr einfach und eher halbherzig verarbeitet. Die Wohnung war im UG, das hatte ich übersehen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche liess nur Wasser raus, wenn man es auf warm stellte, kalt kommt kein Wasser, und auf warm gestellt kommt aber auch kaltes Wasser. Die Bilder sehen schöner aus, als die Wohnung ist. Man gab uns einen Code, um den Schlüssel zu holen, der stimmte nicht. Ich musste anrufen, um den richtigen zu erhalten. Uns wurden Handtücher versprochen, wir waren zu dritt und es gab 1 Handtuch. Es sah aus wie ein ehemaliges Corona-Testzentrum. Keine Ahnung, ob das stimmt. Es piepste immer irgendetwas, wir wissen aber nicht, was es war, vermutlich ein Feuermelder, dem der Saft ausging. Der Kühlschrank war so kalt eingestellt, dass das Wasser gefriert. Alles sehr vernachlässigt und ungepflegt.

The only good thing is the location, very central.

− First thing, when we arrived the apartment did not provide information on how to get the keys, we had to explicitly ask for it. They knew we were a big group but still left only one key, we had to ask for the second one. The owner took a long time to answer. They did not give us towels, and when we asked for it, it took a whole day to get a response, so we had to spend the first night without towels. They only gave them to us the following day, and we had to send several messages in order to know when they would arrive. The towels seemed to us like they came straight from a shop. The window shades are broken so you can’t close them. We felt quite unsafe and exposed. There is a creepy room where the door is locked, but there is a space open enough to put the phone through and in there you can find random stuff and a washing machine that’s permanently on, and beeping every two minutes. The hygiene was the WORST: Dirty fridge, dirty cutlery and dishes, the sink smelled like sewer. The bathroom sink would overflow sometimes and leave food rests on there somehow. But the worst thing was were BED BUGS ON THE BEDS. We saw them alive and crawling on pillows and covers. We were all bitten by them (see pics below). This apartment should not be allowed in booking with this huge lack of BASIC standards.
