7.0L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la place Saint-Marc. L’ascenseur pour accéder au 3ᵉ étage est un vrai plus, très rare à Venise. L’appartement est calme et spacieux, et les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques.
− L’appartement manque un peu d’entretien. Cependant, notre hôte a été très réactif et a tout fait pour corriger les problèmes rencontrés. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

1.0− Few hours before check in we eare informed that the appartment had a gas leak and they never accommodate us. We still wait for our refund!!!!
Kleines, liebes, praktisches Apartment in toller Lage
10.0Eigentlich alles. Gemütlich, warm, praktisch, auch optisch angenehm/geschmackvoll. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Netter Ausblick in einen ( nur in der kühlen Jahreszeit, da Gastgärten beteits geschlossen!) ruhigen, pitturesken Hof. Lage einmalig. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe.
− Die sehr ungeputzte Dusche und ein superdreckiges Geschirrtuch. Leider. Samuele hätte das allerdings sicher bereinigt, hätte ich ihn angerufen.
