8.0Great location to BTS/ ARL, price reasonable. Real basic amenities, towels, water bottles provided only. Small lift provided to go to upper levels. Receptionist not always at office, but available by phone call.
Noisy
4.0This place is noisy. I suppose most hotels in Bangkok suffer from noise but Avalan is on the junction of the Skytrain, rail service and a main busy road. On the plus side it is very convenient, clean, cool and reception will happily hold your bags whilst you explore.

Easy intro to Bangkok
8.0An overnight stay literally feet from the Phaya Thai metro station. There was a mix up with my room, but the staff accommodated me a different room and sorted out a partial refund with Expedia. The air conditioning worked well and the wifi was reliable! The only downside is the drain in the showers took a long time to remove the water. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!
Brand new and perfect place
10.0Un hôtel tout neuf, la literie est neuve, la salle de bain également. Tout est très propre. C’est vraiment parfait. La rue peut être bruyante et l’isolation n’est pas optimale mais à part ça c’est vraiment parfait comme endroit et juste en face de la station du train pour l’aéroport.
