If you are not concerned about the issues listed in cons, the apartment is very clean and in a good location. The city itself is beautiful, so you are likely to have an amazing time exploring it.

− Upon arrival, I was surprised to find an audio and video recording device inside the apartment, strategically placed near the bathroom. You should request the immediate removal of any recording devices located anywhere inside the apartment. The placement of such devices indoors is strictly regulated by Italian law, particularly under GDPR, as well as by booking platform policies. Do not compromise your privacy, as it is a serious matter. This is especially important if you are traveling with minors, as ensuring their privacy is your responsibility. If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication with the host, document the situation thoroughly. This includes noting the placement of the recording device and any relevant feedback from other guests. Located in the old historic town . Property had very thick walls and shutters that kept out the heat and any external noise . Absolutely immaculate inside and so very well Presented with the art and furnishings. Marco seemed like a good friend from start to finish whilst keeping his professional head about him explaining about everything in the apartment and top tips on restaurants etc. The towels were white and soft ! The bedding white and comfortable, all very clean . Kitchen , dishwasher therefore everything was squeaky clean and sparkling .

Die Unterkunft war sehr stylisch passend zu Florenz. Die Küche hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigte. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Marco war ist ein sehr freundlicher und sehr gut organisierter Gastgeber, der für alle Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man kann innerhalb von 20 Minuten Fußweg alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Piazza della Repubblica ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

− Dadurch das die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt, zahlt man den Preis, dass es auch sehr laut ist. Das Appartement ist mit besonderen Fenstern ausgestattet und die Hausmauern sind sehr dick. Aber durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage, auf die man bei 35 Grad auch nicht verzichten möchte, überträgt sich Lärm nach innen.

What a real gem. This apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possible need and more. Marco was so attentive and was there when we checked in to show us how to use everything, which was very helpful. He had lots of recommendations for us and was available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect for walking into Florence centre and there was a bus stop right outside the apartment also. A+++
