9.0Отличное месторасположение. Апартаменты очень просторные, наша компания (7 человек) чувствовала себя очень комфортно. Три ванных комнаты и четыре спальни - это было то, что нужно для хорошего отдыха. Большая гостиная тоже прекрасно - можно собраться вместе, позавтракать или просто пообщаться. Этаж, конечно, высокий, но нам это понравилось: далеко от воды, тихо, больше света. Багажа мы взяли немного, остальной оставили в машине. Все "старые" города требуют от путешественников маленьких чемоданов , это правило и мы это знали. Если Вам сложно подниматься по физическим причинам, то конечно лучше не выбирать этот вариант. В каждой комнате хороший кондиционер, это необходимо в Венеции. На кухне все просто, но для завтрака была вся необходимая нам посуда.
− Необходимо заметить кровать в спальне с ванной, она сломана и это для более тяжелых людей может быть опасным. Все выглядит не так красиво, как фото. Апартаменты скорее похожи на чью-то квартиру, хозяева которой сдали ее в аренду вместе с мебелью и другими вещами. Поэтом общее впечатление усталости. НО для Венеции за эту цену в этом месте - это люкс.

− Wohnung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gefrierschrank war komplett vereist. Viele Treppen. Bei der Wohnungsübergabe, war das Personal unfreundlich.

− Lave vaisselle en panne, congélateur inutilisable et rempli de glace.

− Property is tired and basic Photos misleading Property on 3-4 floor no lift All AC Units working at 50%capacity need some serious servicing!! One bed room AC NT working, ther is one portable AC BUT no ducting Water taxi is far off Fell well below our expectations
