10.0Un pis molt net i confortable amb molts detalls (cuina equipada, wc equipat...) Els propietaris molt atens. Aire condicionat a totes les habitacions. Hem estat molt a gust!

10.0In casa Lucina ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche se vi abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte. La casa era super pulita e con tutti i comfort disponibili, climatizzatori in ogni stanza, due bagni e molto accessoriata. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili con noi dandoci tutte le spiegazioni necessarie anche per muoverci nei dintorni. Una buona colazione messa a disposizione dai proprietari con caffè, biscottate e marmellate è stato graditissimo. Sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per prenotazioni future.

10.0An absolutely amazing stay. The hosts are so amazing and supportive, they were there to show us everything during check in, anytime we needed any information before or during our stay, we got an instant response. The place is so tastefully decorated and everything we'd probably want from kitchen to bathrooms, bedroom and living room is there. It was very comfortable and is highly recommended to stay there.

10.0Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ωραίο,καθαρό ευρύχωρο με πολλές παροχές όπως κλιματισμός σε όλα τα δωμάτια ,δύο μπάνια,καφέ,τσάι νερό φρυγανιές μαρμελάδα,πλυντήριο πιάτων και άλλα. Είχε ωραία θέα αφού βρίσκεται στον 6ο όροφο ,το ασανσέρ χωράει μέχρι και 4 άτομα το μέτρο είναι 7 με 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ' όπου μπορείς να επισκεφθείς τα αξιοθέατα είτε αλλάζοντας γραμμή είτε όχι. Σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνος και καφέ κοντά. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί αν επισκεφθούμε ξανά τη Ρώμη σίγουρα θα ξανά επιλέξουμε το ίδιο κατάλυμα Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!

Maravillosa estancia en Roma.
10.0Vivienda muy ubicada, aunque no esté en el centro. A menos de 5 minutos, andando, de la boca de metro que comunicaba con toda Roma. Vivienda muy limpia y con colchones comodísimos. Los dueños muy atentos. Nos dejaron recoger las maletas, después de la hora de salida. La vivienda nos ofrecía, café, infusiones, ian tostado, mermelada,... Un detalle que no hay en otros apartamentos.
