10.0静かな環境で、お部屋もこじんまりながら すみずみまで清潔感がゆきとどいていました。近辺にスーパーのマルエツやセブンイレブンもあって、キッチンつきの施設を充分活用できました。またキッチン用品も 包丁の切れ味もよく その他の器具も揃っており とても便利でした 不明点の質問のメールにもご返信が迅速で 安心しました。おすすめのステイ先です。また伺うこともあると思います。

2.0First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that they were facing a system error, so they need my passport photo before give me the key information. The check in time at 3pm, but I get the key at 5pm, and they never apologise for that. One more thing, my room located on 3/F, there is no elevator in the property, so I have to you move all my three suitcases and some bags to 3/F via staircase. Definitely will not stay in this “hotel” again even though it was free, and of course totally not recommended to book it.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
