6.0The room was poorly ventilated, we had a leak in the bathroom celling which we informed to the reception, they said the technician will go but he didn't. The bathroom was dampt, not to mention that it keept "raining" inside all night long, we were in the 4th floor, therefore the water was most likely from the toilet upstairs

10.0I really enjoyed my time at UPAR and when I return to Bangkok I will be booking with them again. The room is nice, the AC works good and the shower water gets very hot. It is right off the main road in Silom and you have access to tons of restaurants and bars. It is also only a 5-10 minute walk to BTS.

4.0AC too old too loud can’t sleep well. Can’t pay credit card for the hotel room. It’s really annoying and not convenient!
