8.0This hotel was extremely clean, well-located, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly but communication was only through WhatsApp. Bathroom was very clean and shower was excellent. Walkable to central Florence. Only downsides were that room was very small and there are no amenities (small fridge, no sink, no microwave, etc).

6.0Room and location perfect. Let down by the language barrier. Arrived at check in time at 3pm but no details were provided for keypad entry. Had to make numerous phone calls to resolve.

10.0Easy connection to the airport - tram stop directly outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and safe. It’s in a perfect location, easy to walk to all the main sites of Florence. The owners go above and beyond with personal communication to ensure you have everything you need. It’s like the personal experience of an AirBnB, with the professional quality of a hotel. Great experience!!!
