2.0Hotels.com says that this place offers free parking. We are driving and needed a place to park and have chosen this apartment solely based on the parking which doesn’t exist. There isn’t any kind of parking at the property. I have asked hotels.com to cancel the reservation but was informed that the only thing they could do was give me a 15% discount on my next reservation which i declined and asked to be contacted by the manager and no one has called me back or tried to solve the problem. It has destroyed our vacation to be treated so poorly and i will complain to hotels again
