Good location, terrible experience
2.0The owner would enter the room without notice in at least 2 times, there were maybe other times when we were out. We found spiders, bad ventilation, for 5 nights we found shampoo for 2 nights, we had to buy our own.

4.0Arrivée à 14:00, lit défait, poubelle pleine... Appel au responsable qui promet de s'en occuper et de rappeler. Marche dans Paris après une longue journée de voyage. Aucun appel à 16:00 et relance du propriétaire qui nous propose d'annuler et de se faire rembourser. Appel au standard de HOTELS.COM qui après de très longues minutes d'attente, nous invitent également à annuler avec remboursement dans 72 heures... Message à 16:45 du responsable qui donne des leçons : "Sachez que la colère est mauvaise conseillère etc". et qui annonce que la chambre est prête mais que nous pouvons annuler pour se faire rembourser... Accès à la chambre vers 17:30.
