8.0I stayed here for ten days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps away from the metro, within walking distance to the Louvre, and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. It’s very convenient for exploring central Paris. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room cleanliness could be better, and the sound insulation is quite weak, so you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway or outside. The curtains don’t block out much light, and there was no housekeeping service during my stay. It would also be nice to have more coffee, towels, and bottled water provided. When I had questions about how to use some of the appliances, I couldn’t reach anyone for help.
