8.0Stays like this are not expected to be full of luxury, and I found for the price the Foresteria was quite nice. I would consider staying there again. The stairs for some reason were blocked, and the elevator was very slow and very small. The rooms were clean and the view beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. There was a little confusion with the reservation when we arrived (for some reason my name could not be found, even though the reservation was in the system), but the staff resolved the issue quickly and got us on our way. One of our party arrived quite early in the morning, and were able to access our room for a nap which was very much appreciated! The overall condition of the building on the first floor was somewhat poor, but the Foresteria part was well maintained.

8.0Hotel was in good place near San Marco and Rialto. You could walk everywhere. We could see canal and gondols from our window. It was great.

8.0The property was lovely and in a really ideal location. Everything was in walking distance. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was basic and more continental (pastries etc) but still lovely. The only problem is that it could get quite noise in the morning when breakfast was on but that was due to how close we was to the breakfast hall. No other complaints.

8.0Too far from the water taxi to walk and is Not accessible to the point of interest. Too many stairs to go along the way is good not to carry a large luggage like us. We had a hard time to full and carry the luggages. The only beauty to this place they have elevator and good breakfast.
